(This report is a little long, but it is cause for celebration.)

Welcome to the New Moon in Aquarius!

If you “dove” into the “plasma pool” (see audios on the homepage of oraclereport.com), you will find that we are “breathing” great comfort and protection.

We see transformations occurring in slow motion; we can see the swirling waves they produce.

We notice the “changing conditions” that the Sabian symbol of the New Moon (“a barometer”) points out. They are slowed down enough for us to anticipate and respond — to make “measured responses.”

We take the “measure” of whatever is on our plates or whatever is happening in our lives. This is how we affect the plasma pool/ocean of consciousness. We adapt to “changing conditions.” We measure it. What is the value (or not) in the grand scheme of things? Does it need attention to operate effectively? How does this fit in with the Divine Plan of liberty and love? How has something that has come from the past fit in now (or does it)?

These questions are the “media” that we work with to form our art — our co-creation with Spirit. You might see this as watercolors (since we are in the plasma water) or you might see this as an animated production. You are the artist. You might be athletic, scientific, musical, earthy, inventive, etc. We all have our superpowers. Your blend blends right in to the water! It changes things.

Some of what we are encountering this cycle is about turning our backs on things. There may be something that is not in alignment with who you are now. Venus retrograde showed us things. Things from our personal history popped up or returned. If so, what do you think of them now, in the “measured response” from today’s New Moon energy?

Because things are slowed down underwater, you do not need to react in haste. You have time to think about things. In fact, this is your painting or production or animation. You can choose to completely cease time to give you whatever time you need for contemplation. Foremost in our minds is fostering truth, liberty, and love.

If you come to a “measured response” on something, do something to it in the plasma pool. If you are leaving it behind, demonstrate this in your mind. Sent it away in honor and beauty. Make a beautiful “scene” in the water. Transform it.

If you are embracing or welcoming something (even a wish), see it form in the water around you. Paint it. Create it.

Measured responses happen all month long. They weave in and out, coming and going. There is no need to rush.

STABILITY is what we are delivering into the collective consciousness through STABILITY in our lives and the ABILITY TO ADJUST to see things out.

PS - I am very happy to be in the plasma pool with the parliament of wise owls. It kind of reminds me of the symbol for the Chiron Point - “a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.” I wouldn’t be anywhere else.
