No matter what any given situation appears to be - no matter how sad, no matter how heartbreaking, no matter how disheartening, no matter how inhumanly twisted - it ultimately leads to the liberation of humanity.  It leads to liberation from the archontic infection.

This is a divine mission undertaken by higher spiritual forces, "backed up" by a contingent of humanity so that the true course of humanity is restored to its original, yet enhanced, capability.

The Wisdom Goddesses (aspects of Gaia Sophia - Mother Earth) and the Gods of Will (aspects of Thelete - Father Sky) wish us to deeply integrate this understanding: all roads lead to liberty.

The reason they wish us to understand this is because things are not making sense at all.  The reason behind this is because the collective of humanity is being intentionally triggered and traumatized to give up our will.  What we are witnessing is an attack, by parasitic/inorganic/alien consciousness, on our hearts.

The reason even further behind it is because said parasitic/inorganic/alien consciousness is rapidly losing its grip on the world and is going mad in the process.  Its rage is projected outward, in the form of chaos and strife.  We see a "mad dash" - desperate, end game actions of pulling out all of the stops at all costs - to attempt to hold on to control.

All of this is very strong today, as the energetics include feelings of:

1- BEING BOXED IN OR TRAPPED WITHOUT OPTIONS OR A WAY OUT, courtesy of the Sun at "a violent storm in a canyon filled with expensive homes."  We may feel that we have been pulled in deeply or cornered.  PRESSURE RELEASES AND CONFRONTATIONS accompany this energetic.  Things that have built up can come out explosively.  The best use of this vortex of energy is to create something instead of destroying anything.

2- REVOLUTION, courtesy of Venus at "a Communist activist spreading revolutionary ideas."  This certainly enhances the prevailing dynamic of people, places, and things facing off this month.  Issues related to power and equality are conscripted. Usually there are factors where someone or many feel like they have had enough.

3- UPHILL BATTLES AND STEEP CLIMBS THAT MAY SEEM INSURMOUNTABLE, courtesy of the Earth at "a mountain pilgrimage."  The Moon will conjunct Pluto in Capricorn, which is the sign that encapsulates a mountain pilgrimage, symbolic of a struggle or difficult ascent.  Capricorn energy can be exceptionally rigid, and this is definitely reinforced by the conjunction with Pluto that is building today and reaches exactitude at 9:25 pm ET/1:25 am UT. 

Wisdom teaches us that when things are this highly inclined toward steepness and rigidity (Capricorn), we seek the balance of Capricorn's opposite (Cancer).  WATER is the balancer today.  If you find yourself too tightly wound, uptight, emotionally uncontained, unbalanced, or rigid, immerse in a bath or shower or lake or pool or ocean or sprinkler or whatever you can find.  "Movement" or cleansing of emotions needs to occur.

Additionally, invoking the practice of being like a WILLOW TREE bending and swaying with the winds of change that are upon us may be helpful.

We remember that all roads, including "mountain pilgrimages," lead to liberty.

4 - NEW LIGHT OR NEW PERSPECTIVE, courtesy of Mercury at "early morning dew" (newness and emerging understanding) in aspect to Saturn at "the lamp of physical enlightenment at the left temple" (redirected).  This, in combination with the other energetics, highlights "the left" and action from "the left."  Left field, left wing, leftists, left a slide..

No matter how this manifests, all roads lead to liberty.

Well where were we when we were so rudely interrupted?

We were beginning the Crescent Moon phase, the time of perseverance.  During that Moon phase, the collective of humanity persevered through the beginning of the Archons pulling multiple trauma triggers (emotional, mental, and physical responses), which we could call "casting spells."  The dark magicians are hard at work at their evil chess game.

However, all of that is about to change today because:

1 - Mars finally moves to a new degree, beginning to discharge 25 Scorpio and the energetic of "an x-ray photograph" (seeing and understanding at a deeper level/seeing right through/penetrating something/insight/truth).  Mars has been discharging the energetic of 24 Scorpio, "crowds coming down the mountain to listen to one inspired man," since June 18 - a very long time for Mars to be at one degree because it slowed, stopped, and then started again at that degree (when it stationed direct there).  What was inspired then now has the power of x-rays, which are a massive amount of light.

2 - We now begin the First Quarter Moon phase time of stepping out of the past (or old cycles) and taking action.  This entire lunar month is like a month-like First Quarter phase (based on the cycle of the Sun).  It is the first of two months that are like month-long First Quarter Moon phases.  This means that we will have double the opportunity for tremendous change/shift out of the box or out of restrictions of the past.  We step out of our comfort zones.  First Quarter energetics move things.  It is a time of activity.  It is a time of green lights, or going ahead.

3 - We connect with our "inner voice" - the voice that tells us - with the Sun discharging the energetic frequency of "Venetian gondoliers in a serenade," the Earth that of "a hidden choir singing during a religious service," and Mercury of "a daughter of the American Revolution."  All of these involve the inner voice.  They also involve unseen assistance from higher realms and motivations of love. 

Things that occurred or developed between January 9 and February 7, 2016, are re-activated or brought forward or brought to light today (this was the Sabian symbol for the Capricorn lunar month, so themes and intentions from that time repeat).

4 - Mercury at "a daughter of the American Revolution" is making a square to Uranus today, the planet that "rules" revolution and change.  Uranus is at "a double promise reveals its inner and outer meanings," bringing out truth.  Truth is "ruled" by the planet Eris, which rules the sign of Libra, the sign that the Moon is transiting (moving through) today.  This is particularly in effect between 6:51 pm - 9:51 pm ET/10:51 pm - 2:51 am UT, when the Moon opposes the Eris Point.  The Eris energetic is the energetic that the Illuminati minions (neophytes in the ways of energy, capable only of mimicking the past) use for dirty deeds.  This is a significant juxtaposition of energies today.  It's future-shaping on a vast scale.  (Take extra caution while traveling or driving today, as this energetic incites reckless action and accidents.)

5- Last but not least on the list of why the chess game changes today comes about from the "move" or "play" of the Illuminati being revealed right here: 

The cabal will sacrifice a "queen."  The question is which queen (and is the queen a woman or a man)? 

This is the play; how many moves ahead, is open, but highlighted this month and during the Libra lunar cycle (September 30 - October 29, 2016).

The primary personal message today is to connect with and be guided by your inner voice and the truths that are being revealed to you. 

The primary collective message today is to unite our voices in support of truth and love.  Wise owls know that truth and love prevails.  What looks and feels like breakdown and devastation is actually rebirth -- renaissance.  The old way (control paradigm) is being winnowed away, churned to dust under the force of its own weight and the power of higher forces, which seem hidden, but are actually right alongside of us.  Legions, in fact.

We step out of the trauma response being triggered by the spells of insane magicians, remembering that the "Mother of the Human Revolution" is Sophia.  She is fully awake and empowered, collaborating with us to change the course of our personal and collective destinies.  It's in play.

What would you like to transform today?

The Sun makes opposition with Powerhouse Pluto to help us "throw off" what restricts us so that we can become something more.

Exact opposition between the Sun and Pluto occurs at 6:16 pm ET/10:16 pm UT, but the energetic has been building for three days.  The code of the Sabian symbols gives us insight into what the dynamic is trying to achieve. 

The Sun is discharging the energetic of "the seed grows into knowledge and life."  Pluto is still discharging the familiar energetic of "a girl surreptitiously bathing in the nude."  Face to face confrontations with ourselves and the world occur.

Since the Sun and Earth are always 180 degrees apart in astrology, this means the Earth is conjunct Pluto while the Sun opposes it.  In other words, the Earth aligns with Pluto.  The Earth aligns with Pluto and with humanity to reveal what needs to be revealed for us properly grow and develop.  Thus, we "bathe in the nude," and face naked truth.

Pluto is God of the Underworld.  When the Sun and Pluto electrically align, transformation from deep levels occurs.  It can have dramatic effects on the body, often leaving us feeling wiped out and fatigued.  It can drag us down.  Effectively, the Sun-Pluto opposition is like a Full Moon between the Sun and Pluto.  Full Moons bring things to their fullest point with the most light available, so we are designed to see things (mostly ourselves) very clearly. 

Full light can also be blinding.  Denial or turning away from something is tempting, but does not facilitate the "seed growing into knowledge and life." 

But before the Sun makes exact opposition with Pluto, Mercury already has (at 7:53 am ET/11:53 am UT today).  This prelude activates our minds.  We begin to churn and process what we are seeing and learning.  Mercury-Pluto oppositions often prompt us toward seeing and thinking more negatively, since Pluto is an underworld energy.  It is a set up, for sure, but actually only provides the backdrop and cognitive perspective to have the face to face confrontation with ourselves and with the truth of matters.  We have to be able to see in the dark somewhat in order to bathe in the dark (and become clean or new again), so to speak.

The Mercury-Sun-Pluto oppositions would be quite enough for one day for a human brain and body, but we also have another mega-aspect with Venus squaring off with Uranus.  From yesterday's report:

Today may feel very much like a puzzle.

The Sun is disseminating the energetic of "a man studying a mandala in front of him with the help of a very ancient book."  We work to see our way through, finding paths that lead to answers we seek.  This energetic refers us to the old sources of wisdom, and often points out which of those sources to consult in order to understand (or understand how to proceed).  We are intuitively guided toward it or it will "fall off the shelf" so we do not miss it.  If you are prompted to pick up a certain book or a method of divination (like tarot cards, etc.), by all means follow it.

We have two major astrological aspects building up today:

Today's report is abbreviated somewhat, as I will be recording the overview of the new lunar month later today.  Here are the highlights of what's in store for us this month:

1- out in the open - what has been done in the dark is brought to light

2- facing Off and Drawing the Line- we face all kinds of things: ourselves, the truth, reality and then draw lines (as in lines in the sand)

3- Russia

4- relationship issues solved or addressed (Grand Trine in water signs with Venus, Mars, and Chiron)

5- clarity about feelings, issues, and what we value

6- new endeavors or new ways of doing things supported; branching out

7- the voice of the people takes center stage

8- "the left" is activated (political left, left brain, leftists)

9- seeing right through things (deception, deeds, intentions)

10- relentless, resilient, strong

11- choices

12- divergence before convergence

13 - going against the norm (and one's own norm) and throwing things off our backs

14- an "initiation" of humanity into adulthood

15- double dealings, double crosses, double agents revealed

16- the winnowing or whittling down of things based on resonance or dissonance

We may feel in over our heads in some ways today, but this is a natural by-product of the shift into a new quarter or "season" on the Medicine Wheel.  Cancer is a cardinal sign, so it is a right turn in a new direction.  This is the first shift point since the astrological new year, the New Moon in Aries back on April 7th.  Things have been going one way and now evolve to a higher level.  The next shift comes with the Libra New Moon during October and the Capricorn New Moon during January.  These are the big turns during the year every year, so we want to be as flexible as possible right now.

But today is not a day to wait around on anything.  Venus is activating the energetic of "a young woman awaiting a sailboat."  Don't wait for a ship to come in.  Instead, carpe diem - seize the day!  The "vast dark space" of this month's energetic theme provides the Creative Void from which we can draw upon anything.  Aim high.

The drama of this lunar month ends today, with the energetics favoring openness, willingness, focus, sincerity, discernment, and effort:

OPENNESS AND STRENGTH is discharged by the Sun at the Sabian symbol of "one hand slightly flexed with a prominent thumb."  This energetic involves willingness to "extend" oneself or be open to vulnerability.  Flexibility and patience with circumstances and situations is often necessary.  We expand our perceptions, feelings, and beliefs to find a true course - our sincere will and desire.

FOCUS on the reality of situations comes with the Earth at the degree of "a fire worshipper meditates on the ultimate realities of existence."  This energy involves skill, facing fears or risks, and directing our intentions.  It also represents kundalini rising.  Our minds are powerful and belief becomes reality.  What are your beliefs right now?  Is there something you need to alter before the New Moon tomorrow?

DISCERNING SINCERITY AND TRUE DESIRE comes with Venus disseminating the energy of
"Venetian gondoliers in a serenade" and Mercury disseminating "a group of rabbits dressed in clothes and on parade."  It may be very hard to get the real story today.  We recognize the potential for displays, shows, and even false flag operations.

EFFORT, GOING THE DISTANCE, or BENDING OVER BACKWARDS comes later in the day when Mercury moves to the degree of "a small naked girl bends over a pond trying to catch a fish."  Generally, there is something we are trying to obtain or capture - a feeling or a particular outcome, etc. when this energetic is in effect.  These things may be rather elusive or hard to pin down.  Perseverance is called for on this last day of two lunar month's worth of the need to persevere.  We have come very far, and we won't give up now because tomorrow is a new day and a shift into an altogether different dynamic.

During the lunar month that is ending today, the strength and fortitude of who we truly are has tried to come forth.  Are we letting it?  Are we ready to actualize more of our potential and more of our collaboration with the Divine?  And are we ready for a turn in the direction of the magic carpet ride of 2016?

Ready or not, it comes tomorrow, but I think we are more than ready.  Release struggle today.  Release the feelings, outcomes, failings, and worry that you do not want to take with you into the next lunar cycle.  Focus on the reality of your will and desire and infuse it into the field of consciousness.  Our hopes, wishes, and dreams burst through the surface tomorrow, beginning to find their ways into the world.

Get ready for the light.

Today the Sun reaches the degree of the Sabian symbol of "a Chinese woman nursing a baby whose aura reveals him to be the reincarnation of a great teacher."  This energetic directs us to the simplest answers, elements, or components of something.  This is a pure energy that speaks to something trying to take "birth" in our lives or come back into our lives, as in "reincarnating."   Personal revelations light up the mind when the Sun discharges this code.

In astrology, the Earth is always 180 degrees from the Sun.  When the Sun discharges the energetic of the "reincarnation of a great teacher" (12 Cancer), the Earth is always discharging the energetic of "a student of nature lecturing, revealing the little known aspects of life" (12 Capricorn).  You can see how the interplay is one of wisdom.  We interpret and translate information when the "student of nature lecturing" is activated.

The themes of unity (togetherness) and unification (the action of getting together) are strong today.  Venus discharges the energetic of "a priest performing a marriage ceremony."  The sanctity, loyalty, and commitment of all kinds of things, not just marriages or relationships, come into focus.  This Sabian symbol echoes the theme of preparing for a new beginning that comes with the Sun at the "reincarnation of a great teacher."  Also, we are in the Balsamic Moon phase, which directs us to release whatever we do not want to carry with us (physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically, spiritually) into the next lunar month.  We have until the New Moon on Monday to work with this.

Mercury concurs, as today it discharges the energetics of preparing for the new and releasing what has had its sunset (moonset) with "game birds feathering their nests" and later "two fairies dancing on a moonlit night."

Welcome to today's "show."

All of the world is a stage today, with the drama of this month coming to finale as we move through the Balsamic Moon phase and toward the New Moon on Monday, July 4.  Here are the characters and the roles they are playing on the stage today:

1- THE FOOL OR THE COMEDIAN:  Laughter is the best medicine today.  Finding the humor in situations that are challenging is absolutely the best way to handle the energetics today.  The Sun is discharging the energetic of "a clown caricaturing well-known personalities."  Lighthearted attitudes keep things moving along.  This symbol also asks if there is something that we should take more seriously.  There is potential for "masking" or exaggerating the truth.

2- THE PEACOCK:  Standing out or overlooked?  These issues come with the Earth at "pheasants display their brilliant colors on a private estate."  This energetic brings the theme of luxury, which can be many things unrelated to money.  What is truly luxurious to you?  With the Moon moving into Gemini, we are prone to seek out at least a semblance of the answer to that question.  Proceed with care, as there is always a caution of not being a "game bird" with this dynamic.

3- THE CAT AND THE MOUSE:  Mercury returns to "a cat arguing with a mouse," bringing a lot of to and fro, back and forth, and on and off.  The feeling of needing to justify something (one's position, cause, actions, feelings) is stronger.  Extra effort is often needed with communications in order for them to be clearly understood.  Imbalances are addressed with this energetic, especially imbalance with values.

4- THE HEN:  Venus is discharging "a hen scratching for her chicks" and the energetic of wanting to satisfy needs or wanting to have needs satisfied.  Devotion is an element of this frequency of energy.  If you have felt overwhelmed by responsibilities, a weekend that is in a Balsamic Moon phase (like this weekend) provides the opportunity to relax and recharge.  In a truly nature-oriented civilization, work and responsibilities would be minimized during Balsamic Moon phase because it is the time of release.  We "weed out" what we do not want to carry with us into the next lunar month.  We head into the mystic during Balsamic Moon phases.

And...later today, Mercury will move to the degree of "at a railroad crossing, an automobile is wrecked by a train."  This energetic favors the collective and the needs of the many over the needs of the few or the one.  Since the energetic of standing out in a crowd or being noticed and appreciated or recognized is in effect with the peacock/pheasants Sabian symbol, the tendency would be to further one's agenda, but this is not supported.  In other words, today is not a good day to ask for something like a raise.  "Collisions" of values and emotions occur with this energetic.  Uranus, the planet that rules accidents,  is not being aspected today, which would increase the potential for serious accidents.  However, extra care should be taken when traveling.

Where we you and what were you doing February 5/6, 2016?

Whatever was happening at that time now comes to the furthest point or expression.

This comes courtesy of Venus and Pluto.  On February 5/6, Venus made conjunction with Pluto (or came to the same place in the sky).  Today Venus makes the opposition with Pluto (or comes to the exact opposite place in the sky).  When planets line up like this, the electric universe gets to popping!

By the Laws of Nature, this means that what was happening (imprinting) back then resurfaces, returns, repeats, or recurs in some way now.  It is like the Full Moon phase of Venus and Pluto, like a Full Moon between the Sun and Moon.  It is the same dynamic.

What does this "Full Moon" of Venus and Pluto offer?  To learn this, first we look back to the Sabian symbol for the degree of the conjunction in February.  The Venus-Pluto conjunction occurred at 17 Capricorn and the energetic frequency of "a woman surreptitiously bathing in the nude."  Themes of release from restraints and themes of manipulation (especially sexual manipulation) were in effect.

Now, five months later, Pluto finds himself back where he was then, as Pluto retrograded and is back at "a girl surreptitiously bathing in the nude."

Where is Venus?  She's on the other side of things now, at 17 Cancer and "the seed grows into knowledge and life."  What have we learned?  Was there a lesson? What has or has not been growing properly?  Was something rushed or pushed through?

The wisdom of the energetic of "the seed grows into knowledge and life" teaches us that things take time to develop.

The Sun adds the wisdom of "a large diamond in the first stages of the cutting process."  The wisdom that we gain today is designed to bring out the carat, cut, color, and clarity of life -- of us.

Mercury magnifies our view as it discharges "a man on a magic carpet observes vast vistas below him."  We see.

And the Earth disseminates the energetic of "an albatross feeding from the hand of a sailor."  We overcome.

The exact opposition of Venus and Pluto occurs at 11:21 pm ET/3:21 am UT.  The energetic is in effect all day and will have considerable effects on some relationships.  Venus and Pluto are all about relationships.  The Cancer-Capricorn polarity in which they are currently located involves structure, deep emotions, power and control issues, and issues of appreciation and support.

On July 7, the Sun will make opposition with Pluto at this same degree of "a girl bathing.."  What happens today will link to July 7 in some way. The energetic will be triggered again, so anything that has been imprinted during it repeats in some way.  This is how we learn.

Today, as the "drama" of this lunar month fades away with the last Moon phase of the month, we are on our magic carpet ride, high above looking at the carat, cut, color, and clarity of our magnificent world.  What a magical place to grow, like seeds, into knowledge and life.  Let's find the beauty today.

The pressure on the slingshot of Mars' retrograde is released today, ending its journey backward.  The time of Mars reworking how we use our time, energy, resources, and love ends at 7:40 pm ET/11:40 pm UT tonight.

The day a planet stations retrograde or direct is always "intensive."  By definition, the energetic is changeable.  Courses and directions are changed.  The day is usually eventful, personally and collectively.  Things can get very "strange."

When the Sun rises tomorrow (or whenever it rises after 7:40 pm ET wherever you are on Earth), the full energetic of Mars' retrograde will have released.  The Sun has to rise again before an energetic is fully over.

So, like yesterday, we understand that the magic carpet ride is wild today, and begins to move forward after two months of "sightseeing" from other perspectives.  Mars' retrograde has shown us many things and has re-worked many things.

In addition to the intensity of Mars' stationing direct, today we have a few other astrological aspects in effect at the same time.  I will break these down chronologically, but keep in mind that the energetic is in effect all day, not just at the exact time of the aspect:

6:03 am ET/10:03 am UT:  Moon moves into Taurus, opposing the Black Moon, and making for a Black Moon Day.  Black Moon Days happen for a couple of days two times per month.  This is one of them.  Black Moon Days bring the opportunity to grow -- the opportunity for rebirth. Our shadow sides tend to come out to show us something very clearly.  Anything that we are fearful about comes to the surface. 

Right now, the fear of loss and the fear of loss of security are heightened.  Insecurities about ourselves can creep in.  We can feel the grief of a loss (no matter how long ago or how recently it occurred) very deeply.  The Black Moon endeavors to resolve these issues when it is activated.  This is concentrated for those with the Sun, Black Moon, or Chiron in Taurus or Scorpio, since the Black Moon is moving through Scorpio until Valentine's Day 2017.

Fears of these kinds incite us toward "in-filling" or indulging (overindulging) in something (food, alcohol, drugs, shopping, saving) to stem or ward off the discomfort of the feelings.  One of the energetics Venus is discharging today is "a group of people who have overeaten and enjoyed it."  Be safe and be healthy if you are working through this.

11:05 am ET to 12:45 pm ET/ 3:05 pm UT to 4:45 pm UT:  The Moon will conjunct the Chiron Point (ah, didn't we just do the Chiron Point!) and bring about a window of time when painful feelings and losses are keen -- sharp even.  Chiron always aims to heal and teach, so there is something to learn here. 

If you are struggling with the energetics today, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you listen to music.  Music is a prescription.  It recalibrates or realigns the brain and heart.  A new piece of music may be very helpful.  Your intuition will guide you to the right music.

1:21 pm ET/5:21 pm UT:  The Moon opposes the Black Moon.  The Moon will be discharging the energetic that I have come to dislike reporting on: "a widow at an open grave."  Despair, feelings of failure, and "open wounds" accompany this energetic.  But new opportunities and today's theme of rebirth also come.  The Black Moon is discharging the energetic of "a massive rocky shore resist the pounding of the sea."  So no matter how bombarded we feel, we know we are strong enough to stand.

7:25 pm ET/11:25 pm UT:  Mercury enters Cancer.  Before it does so, it discharges the energetic of "a parade of bathing beauties before large beach crowds."  It's always "a show" when this one is in effect.  Mercury in Cancer turns out thoughts toward nurturance, support, and care.  Feelings can move in new directions.

7:40 pm ET/11:40 pm UT: MARS STATIONS DIRECT.  Hallelujah.  And the Earth is discharging "an angel carrying a harp" to play it out.  I don't think I have ever wished for a retrograde to end (even a Mercury retrograde!) more than this one.  The retrograde period that began on April 18, 2016 ends.  Tomorrow we will see the board and see the field more clearly.  Things may seem very far out of reach today, especially with the Sun discharging "a small naked bends over a pond trying to catch a fish," Jupiter discharging "a volcanic eruption," and Venus later discharging "a man studying a mandala in front of him with the help of an ancient book."  The way things are today are not necessarily the way they will be tomorrow or in the future, for that matter.  We hold the line and wait for the energetic to clear out before we jump in.  New ways and new ways around obstacles are finding their ways to us.

I should mention that we are also building toward Venus making opposition with Pluto tomorrow.  This dynamic affects relationships, and it is a VERY strong duo.

Overall, today we will spread our wise owls wings ALL OVER the world today in a flurry that encompasses Gaia Sophia and the fellowship of humanity.  Today we wait, patiently.

Mars continues to build pressure and intensity as it prepares to station direct tomorrow.  The Moon in Aries, ruled by Mars, is adding another layer of "Mars-ness" into the day.  Mars' retrograde has been re-working how we use our time, energy, and love, and how we assert our will and desire in the world.

Surprises and sudden events within the churning chaos of Mars may occur, with the Moon moving toward conjunct with Uranus, the Planet of Changes, today.  Exact conjunction is at 8:18 pm ET/00:18 am UT.

The Earth is discharging the Sabian symbol energetic of "birds in the house singing happily."  The theme of home is rather strong right now with Mercury making conjunction with the Galactic Center (our spiritual "home," according to the ancient Gnostics) overnight last night.  Mars' standstill is complicating things, but the Earth offers a counter energetic of Oneness to stabilize things, even if they are very active.

Two other energetics are in place today that can bring up feelings of overwhelm or disappointment.  Venus discharges "a very old man facing a vast dark space to the northeast," and Mercury is discharging "society granting bankruptcy to him, a man leaves the court."  Mind spaces can become very dark and self-persecuting with this combination.  But second chances, acceptance of responsibility, and courage to find a higher truth also accompanies them.

Keep in mind that it is difficult to advance or progress things until after Mars stations direct tomorrow.  Some things may be crashing and burning, but all in service of revising, rectifying, and realigning toward growth and evolution.  (The Sabian symbol for the degree where Mars stationed retrograde is "a mother leads her small child step by step up the stairs," and so we are being led to higher awareness and experience.)

In the "slingshot" of Mars' retrograde, tomorrow the sling reaches as far back as it can go and shoots forward, releasing the long pressure build up of the retrograde.  Since Mars has retrograded into Scorpio, a water sign, the slingshot opens up floodgates.  "Cracks" may already be occurring, as in the Sabian symbol energetic of "a broken bottle and spilled perfume" that was in place at this month's New Moon in Gemini on June 4.  Things are being let out or released suddenly.  We want to contain or moderate this as much as we can.

Impulsivity, anger, conflict, and aggression are the common things that Mars brings.  This we know.  But Mars also brings us the inner fortitude to carry on.  It brings our hopes, wishes, and dreams to life.  Without the action of Mars, things would be stagnant.  And stagnant is not the way of the Universe. 

Let's hold on loosely, remembering that the fellowship of humanity is more edgy, temperamental, anxious, careless, reckless, impulsive, angry, depressed, and in sensory-overload.  The human species was not originally intended to withstand the bombardment of a multi-planet system (and thus multiple simultaneous retrogrades of planets), but here we are, and here we are with our mettle.  Here we are persevering against all odds. 

We are the Children of Sophia and Thelete, and we have only just begun.

Catalysts for Change:  stubborn, lost or disconnected (feeling semi-dissociated is natural with this energetic but can go to the extreme), self-centered, aggressive, domineering, manipulative, resistant to flow, rushing, hypnotic effect/mind control

We enter the Third Quarter (or Last Quarter) phase of the lunar month later today (around 2:30 pm ET/6:30 pm UT).  Third Quarter Moon phase is essentially the days of the lunar month that complete the month's theme (which could also be considered a mission).  This month's theme of the inner self rising forth, with a fortified will, is polished up, polished off, revised, and realigned.  We come to a reassessment of the status of the situations, circumstances, feelings, ideas, and beliefs.

Something very important also happens during this Third Quarter Moon phase: Mars, The Titan, straightens up and flies right.  Mars will station direct or appear to move forward in the sky once again on Wednesday.  It has been "backwards" since April 18, 2016, moving backward in time, so to speak.

When planets retrograde, they re-work things.  Mars does not retrograde often.  It only does so once every two years.  When it does, it re-works how we use our energy -- our time, resources, attention, and love.  It endeavors to help us see what is better for us, and move in those directions.  Mars is ACTIVE.  The energy needs to move.  It rules headstrong, impulsive, fiery, motivated Aries.  Mars is not at all "comfortable" when it retrogrades.  Progress and momentum are elusive.  Frustration, anxiety, and impatience mount.

Over the next two days, as Mars prepares to move forward again, it is basically "on lock."  It is barely moving.  Struggling against its nature, Mars is at a virtual standstill as it churns out the last vestiges of the energetics of "crowds coming down the mountain to listen to one inspired man."  Messages have come down for each of us.  The next two days are key for getting the message.

Things may have to come to what seems like a stop before they begin to move forward again.  Knowing this can save us a lot of hardship.  Forcing things will not work.  It is a waste of time and energy.

But when it does move forward, on Wednesday, Mars is going to dart back onto its course with a vengeance.  Strength and vigor are renewed.  Our energy is refreshed from Mars' clean sweep.

Beautifully, Mars will station direct just before we begin the energetics of a new quarter of the solar-lunar year.  Every quarter, the energetics change dramatically.  This occurs in full force on July 4, with the New Moon in Cancer.  It is a shift or pivot point in the year.  It is the "First Quarter" time of the year, the time when we step out of our comfort zone and take action.  (On the Medicine Wheel, we move from the East to the South.)

Today, messages come "down from the mountain" with Mars, but also with the Earth discharging the energetic of "a veiled prophet speaks, seized by the power of a god."  The higher octave of this energetic works for the highest and best for all.  The lower octave can make it hard to know what to trust.  It is advised to hold any important action or decision until after Wednesday.

Mercury reinforces the idea of "holding" as it disseminates "winter frost in the woods."  The foundation, structure, or root of things is being reinforced.  It is coursing under the surface, even if we cannot feel it.

Finally, the Sun adds the energetic of "two fairies dancing on a moonlit night."  It is a "reveling" and "retiring" type of energy.  It rejoices in effervescence.  It is light.  I love this symbol and its energy.  Pay special attention to dreams when you sleep tonight (whenever that is for you in your place on the world).  Dreams are often prophetic when this frequency is discharged.

Let's dance out the Moonlit Night of Mars with grace and, if we are really wise, with gratitude.

Well, are the plans of the archontic Illuminati are unraveling right before our eyes?

As time built toward the Brexit vote, Pluto, Planet of Transformation  had been discharging the energetic of "the Union Jack flies above a new British warship."  The Empire and what it stands for was about to change. 

As the time for the vote came, Pluto was discharging "a girl surreptitiously bathing in the nude."  The Goddess was ready to release constraints, restrains, and restrictions.  What has been inhibiting us has been dealt a severe blow, just as it was the last time Pluto was discharging these degrees -- the time of the American Revolution.  It is a great victory for the emergence of free humanity.  It is renaissance in action.

We now enter the Disseminating phase of the lunar cycle, the time when we activate our listening and communication skills (but particularly the listening skills because Spirit sends messages via others, via background noise and conversation, and via signs and synchronicities).

Disseminating Moon phase is a "receptive" phase in the back and forth pattern between the "active" and "receptive" patterns of the Moon phases.  Full Moon phase is extremely active, but Disseminating Moon phase is the time when we go into hyper-wise owl observer mode because the universe re-arranges the pattern or shape of things.  We receive information that we need to help us and things become "better." 

Disseminating Phase is a win-win because when we open up and share (maybe even feeling like we are risking vulnerability by doing so), both parties benefit.  Honest exchanges are so very powerful during Disseminating Moon phase.  They enable us to rectify and revise and get spiffy at the next Moon phase -- Third Quarter Moon phase (Monday, June 27).

Weaving through the swirl, these themes are also in effect:

1 - STALEMATES, STAND OFFS, and STANDSTILLS come with the Sun disseminating the energetic of "a cat arguing with a mouse."  This dynamic can bring needless conflict and arguments and power struggles.  Power and control games are of interest only to those whose egos requires continuous boosting.  Real life and the basic pleasures and joys of life elude us when the power and control dynamic is being played.  An imbalance is at the core of these issues.

2 - DISTORTIONS amidst the imbalances can also play a part today.  Things can be dramatically overblown and distorted into an unrecognizable face.  We want to remain grounded and keep it real today, avoiding the trap of distortion.  This onset of this energetic occurs at 10:26 am ET/2:26 pm UT.  The Sabian symbol involved is "a butterfly with the right wing more perfectly formed."  Nature is perfectly imperfect and so are we.  Let's get passed this, shall we?  Let's strive for acceptance.

3 - VARIOUS ASPECTS OR PARTS OF THINGS COMING TOGETHER AND REACHING OUT make for an interesting day.  Venus is discharging "a small naked girl bends over a pond trying to catch a fish."  With or for what are you bending over backwards?  Are you called to reach out?  What are you trying to grasp?  Is it based in reality or not?  Is your perception limited by something? 

Cooperation and collaboration with others is highlighted today, with the Earth at "a group of people entering a large canoe for a journey by water."  Coming together for a shared goal will be very successful.  Is it time to embark on a new journey?  It's a water ride, so that means an emotional journey.  Room should be allowed for changing course.

4- THE SENSORY OVERLOAD OF CHOICES comes with Mercury disseminating the energetic of "a cafeteria with an abundance of choices."  There is so much going on as the Black Moon completes opposition with the Chiron Point on Sunday, and Mars completing its retrograde Wednesday.  Until then, it is best to just ride out the magic carpet ride and glean as much information and as many messages as one can, because the status of things will change (and come to the better) when Mars stations direct.  Mars stationing direct next week is huge.  It is most welcome.  It has been traveling backwards for what seems like a long, long time.

Today we endeavor to bring balance to what is imbalanced and distorted.  We rise above stalemate.  We bring forth the inner self to share.  We bring things together.  We see how truth and love prevail.

Today is the last day of the "Solstice Full Moon" phase, which has been quite a powerhouse, not only because it was the Solstice at the time of the Full Moon, but also because the Full Moon occurred as a conjunction with the Galactic Center.

Higher levels of consciousness continue to stream important information to us on the last day of the "open channel" of the Full Moon phase.

With this framework in mind, here are the energetics in effect today to further the Solstice Galactic Center Full Moon phase's mission:

1- GO SLOWLY - The Sun reaches the degree that Venus discharged on Sunday, "an arctic explorer leads a reindeer through icy canyons."  Situations, circumstances, and feelings that were experienced on Sunday may be re-experienced today.  This energetic tells us that things may be more complicated than we realize.  Extra care should be taken.  We want to proceed slowly, with caution, and even gently, as deer medicine represents gentleness.  Situations that have "frozen up" or anything that is not progressing or happening the way we want may pose emotional challenges.  The wisdom here is to not struggle against conditions, but to carefully persevere through them.

2 - EMINANCE FRONT - People, places, and things can seem like something they aren't today, as we have Venus discharging "a group of rabbits dressed in clothes and on parade."  This sets the stage and leads into Uranus moving to the 25th degree of Aries and "a double promise reveals its inner and outer meanings."  Again, things may be more complicated than we thought they would be, especially simple promises.  Choices are involved.  Uranus will move to this degree tonight at 1:33 am ET/5:33 am UT.

3 - POTENTIAL FOR MISCOMMUNICATION - Mercury, Planet of Communication, comes to the degree of "two Chinese men speaking Chinese in a Western crowd."  Again, the wisdom is to go slowly, communicating with care, and repeating or restating things as necessary.  It is easy to feel like no one understands, but this is not the case.  Find common ground and go from there.

As these themes unfold today, there are a few other things we want to keep in mind because there are several grander factors in play that are influencing events:

1 - THE BLACK MOON CONTINUES TO OPPOSE THE CHIRON POINT UNTIL JUNE 26, bringing healing and teaching through wounding and painful experiences.  If this is aspecting in your chart, you may feel like your "torch" is being burned out by a "sword" a la last month's "symbolic battle between swords and torches."  Those with the Sun, Black Moon, or Chiron in Taurus or Scorpio are feeling this the most (along with those who have the Chiron Point dominant in their chars, as many OR readers do).  The Black Moon is discharging the degree of "a youth holding a lighted candle in a devotional ritual."  Maintain sight of your aspirations, and reinforce them by lighting a candle and saying a prayer.  Hold the line.  The transit ends June 26.

2- MARS CONTINUES ITS RETROGRADE UNTIL JUNE 29, so the way things are now are not necessarily the way they will be when Mars stations direct.  It is unadvisable to judge the outcome of any situation until after Mars stations direct.  Things are being re-worked.  Hold the line.  The transit ends June 29.

3- THE CRESCENT ENERGETIC OF "STRUGGLING" IS ON THE WANE AND ENDS JULY 4, with the New Moon in Cancer.  We are closing out the second of two months that are characterized, in the natural cycle of growth, as the time of perseverance and commitment to our hopes, wishes, and dreams.  Now is not the time to give up.  We are almost clear of it.  Hold the line.  The transit ends July 4.

Finally, the location of the Earth today reminds us of something important: "the human soul, in its eagerness for new experiences, seeks embodiment."  We are embodied.  Let's experience.

Today, the magic carpet ride gives us an exceptionally vast view of the future.

The Sun comes to the degree of "a man on a magic carpet observes vast vistas below him," giving us double "magic carpet ride" imagery.

A few things we have learned so far about the Magic Carpet Ride of Solar-Lunar Year 2016 is that it is rather weird, goes in very unexpected places, and does not stop.  We see that we cannot judge outcomes too soon because the ride is still on.  It does not end until March 2017, when the new solar-lunar year begins.

But today's energies favor seeing much farther ahead and seeing a much wider swathe of the future and what we might expect.  Themes, circumstances, situations, feelings, ideas, etc. that are present or stand out or are pointed out to us today provide key "intelligence" or information or signs about the future and what will be happening "on the ground" or in our lives.

Other themes on the ride today include:

1- OTHERWORLDLINESS - Several planets are discharging energetic frequencies that can produce feelings of disconnection or feelings of being somewhat out of body.  Venus is discharging the Sabian symbol energetic code of "two fairies dancing on a moonlit night," and the Black Moon is discharging "a youth holding a lighted candle in a devotional ritual."  Lightness and reverence are found through SIMPLICITY.

We remain in the Solstice Full Moon phase energetic today and tomorrow.  Remember that this Full Moon phase occurred as a conjunction with the Galactic Center (our spiritual home in the galaxy, according to the ancient Gnostics), so all of the days of the phase flood us with guidance, information, insight, and care from On High.  It is certainly an "otherworldly" feeling to connect with the "all-wordly."

This energetic makes for heights of creativity.  It can also bring the desire to escape reality (but why not create a new reality instead of expending energy on running from an old one?).

2- PLANNING AHEAD - The "double wide view" of today's magic carpet ride will give indicators of the future, which means we can make plans accordingly.

3 - CARELESSNESS AND THINGS BREAKING OR ERUPTING - The Earth is located at "three stained glass windows in a Gothic church, one damaged by war."  Today Jupiter moves to the degree of "a volcanic eruption."  And we have Mercury at "a woman activist in an emotional speech dramatizing her cause," re-activating the overall theme for this solar-lunar month.  So, careless actions and words can cause a great deal of harm and a great deal of drama, and thought should be given in advance.  Cathartic release and change is the goal of these energetics.

4- THE POWER OF WORDS AND INTENTIONS - Speeches and conversations are very powerful and influential today.  Mars has reached the degree where it will station direct on June 29, so it is completing its mission while retrograding to re-work how we use our energy and resources in all ways.  The Sabian symbol for the energetic that Mars will spin until June 29 is 24 degrees of Scorpio: "crowds coming down the mountain to listen to one inspired man."  This energetic is very similar to this solar-lunar month's theme of "a woman activist in an emotional speech dramatizing her cause."  Inspiration and drama...makes for a lively magic carpet ride, yes?  What is worthy and just will prevail.

Overall, things are being "forced out" with Mighty Jupiter, Planet of Limitless Expansion, simmering the energetic of "a volcanic eruption."  Things that have been suppressed are coming out like white-hot lava.

The magic carpet ride may start getting even a little weirder when the Moon moves in to Aquarius later on.  Aquarius is ruled by the planet Uranus, Planet of Changes, so our acrobatic skills of adapting to changing conditions will be helpful.

The wisdom offered today is to not to make things too hard -- to simplify.  Keep it to the simple, the basic, the joyful, the easy, the aligned.  We can do that.  We just have to remember that a higher power powers the ride, and give up the need to control it.

Today's report is abbreviated. In addition to the following information, listening or re-listening to the Sunday report may be helpful in hindsight. Much of what I discussed involves the Full Moon phase 

It's the Full Moon and Solstice AND the Full Moon is conjunct the Galactic Center- a Galactic Full Moon Solstice! 

The Aeons (Gnostic for divine beings) of the pleroma (Gnostic for the Galactic Center) flood the Earth with codes of light and information - love. 

This brings moderation, stabilization, and counterbalance - much appreciated things when the fever of a Solstice Full Moon occurs. If the Solstice Full Moon were not conjunct the GC (Galactic Center), the Full Moon phase would be much wilder than it will be. Full Moon Fever would be all out madness (insanity). Negative energies enter and affect more easily at the Solstices. A "crack" in the fields of consciousness happens, and with it comes opportunities for all kinds of things to happen. 

To some degree, inner chaos, uncertainty, and pressure has been building inside each of us since the New Moon. The goal has been to ACTIVATE us in some way. Something is trying to stand up and come forth within us. This can bring a great deal of anxiety because a change is trying to occur.  Recall that the Sabian symbol energetic for this lunar month is "a woman ACTIVIST in an emotional speech dramatizing her cause."

The GC is sending the power we need for it - for the cause of humanity. 

Mercury and Saturn make opposition today also. The theme of activation repeats with Mercury at "a Black slave girls demands her rights of her mistress," and Saturn is at "a flag that turns into an eagle that crows."

Mercury and Saturn are trying to get our heads straight so we can be better than we are - so that we can grow and evolve. 

We want to grow and evolve beyond the Mercury-Saturn component of telling ourselves everything that is wrong with us and how terrible we are. That inner voice can remain silent. It is not native to us. 

Today gets even better with Jupiter (expansion, learning, teaching, higher levels) and the North Node (destiny) making conjunction at 16 Virgo and the symbol of "in a quiet moment, a creative individual experiences the flow of inspiration."  That's a whole lotta goodness! 

The Full Moon phase energetics are intense, no doubt, but we have helping hands. Divine ones. Angels are all around. Call one over to your side if you need some help.

Let's open to a higher understanding of what's happening as our civilization returns to balance while looking like it is falling. Let's open up space for this to happen. Opening space eases pressure.

The magic carpet ride kicks into high gear today, as Venus discharges the energetic of "a man on a magic carpet observes vast vistas below him."

Vast vistas.  What vast vista, what big picture, do you see today?  What is spreading itself out widely for you to see?  What opportunities are being offered?  What is beneath you? What do you see for the future?

Looking from the perspective of a vast vista, the Magic Carpet Ride of Solar-Lunar Year 2016 is about rising above the chaos and strife of a civilization in transition.  This involves a certain degree of acceptance.  The status of things now are what they are, and they are changing.  Rapidly.

With this today, Saboath the Sun discharges the energetic of "the first mockingbird of spring sings from the tree top."  Fresh insight gained from an elevated level -- once again the perspective of a "vast vista."  From a great height, the first mockingbird sings.

In Animal Speak, Ted Andrews writes that the mockingbird symbolizes the awakening of abilities: "Look for new opportunities on your path to sing forth your own song.  Awaken and express your abilities.  Do not hold back."

At 9:07 pm ET/1:07 am UT, the Moon will conjunct Saturn at the degree of "a flag turns into an eagle that crows."  Saturn is trying to push us into the best possible situations for us, but it often does this by showing us our error, folly, illusion, or naiveté.

All of these symbols involve the air, which is quite fitting as the Sun is moving through the last two degrees of Gemini, an air sign.  Air symbolizes mental activity in astrology.  Today's situations and circumstances may be a lot to process, and periodic rests are recommended.  This will give the intense neural activity a chance to catch up.

(It bears noting that the heart is part of the neural system also, as neural cells are also located in the heart.  Your heart may be just as affected by the magic carpet ride today as your mind.)

The symbol of a flag turning into an eagle that crows is about transition -- changes from one way to another.  In my experience, this symbol actually reads "a flag THAT FLIES turns into an eagle that crows AND SOARS."

Let's crow, sing, and soar along vast vistas today.  What does the first mockingbird have to tell us and what does the magic carpet ride show us?  It can take us high enough.

Today, two massive planets are making exact angle to one another: Saturn and Neptune are making a square (come 90 degrees apart exactly).

Before we look at the Sabian symbols for the astrological energetics let's briefly review what Saturn and Neptune are all about.

SATURN is the inner voice that wants us to be the best that we can be.  But it does this in the harshest ways.  Saturn shouts at us, showing us all of our weaknesses or places where we wish we were stronger.  Saturn is a hard-driving taskmaster, and it wants things done correctly.  Saturn says, "Do the right thing."  It is super-responsible.  It wants structure, orderliness, and efficiency.  It tells us what to do and how to do it.  It never settles for less than the standard it has imposed. 

Enter Neptune.  NEPTUNE is the inner mystic that wants us to become ephemeral.  Neptune is nebulous, watery, misty, creative, changeable, etheric, spiritual, and streaming.  Neptune takes us to "other worlds."  It creates the stuff of stories.  It pulls the brilliant gem from the dark void.  Neptune says, "the party never ends."  Neptune creates the conditions for the information field in which we are immersed.  It is the stream of consciousness.  Since it is watery, it abides its own rules and goes where it wants.  The only standard it is concerned with is the level of spiritual connection it can provide.

So you see how the energetics are very much in contrast. Saturn wants to control and Neptune wants release.  Hence, the dilemma for us today.

Yet both seek to take us to another level.  Saturn seeks to ground or root us like a tree, and Neptune wants us to take us into a higher realm like branches.

These planets are farther out in space, thus move more slowly, so when they come into exact aspect, it is a big deal. Interestingly, both planets are retrograde right now, and Saturn will move to a different degree tomorrow.  So, most of the energy that comes from the astrological aspect through June 26 will be different from what it is today.

Here is where they are today:

SATURN: "a widow's past is brought to light" (unveiling, exposing, ridding the past, becoming free of something that has "haunted" us)

NEPTUNE: "a sword used in many battles in a museum" (putting down or putting away a battle and having something to remind us of it in the future so that it doesn't happen again)

This dance of these two energies ends today (and may carry an amount of grief or feeling of loss since the Moon and Black Moon are still in Scorpio today, emphasizing losses), but a new dance for them starts tomorrow:

SATURN: "a flag turns into an eagle that crows" (declarations, ideals/hopes/wishes coming into fruition, carrying the "banner" of the self, turning things around, liberty, the rise of the grassroots).

Today is about putting the past behind in preparation for tomorrow, the beginning of a time when we will bring structure to our ideals and creations IN SERVICE TO THE FUTURE -- Second Renaissance.

Today is contemplative.  The energy is more serious.  Serious Pluto is activated through the Moon, Black Moon, and Mars' transit through Pluto's realm of the underworld.  It is a Black Moon Day, so we endeavor to keep our shadow sides calm and to ourselves instead of projecting them onto others or lashing ourselves with them.  We are TRANSFORMING the shadow side, disempowering its control over us.

Tomorrow is celebratory.  The energy refreshes and changes.  Relief will come a little early, as the Moon leaves Scorpio and enters Sagittarius late tonight.  The heavy Moon-Mars-Black Moon in Scorpio energy fades.  Stingers should start to retract.

The location of the Earth today is "an old bridge over a beautiful stream in constant use."  This helps us bridge the gulf between today's Saturn-Neptune square and tomorrow's Saturn-Neptune square.

Above all, Saturn and Neptune together enables the structure of creativity.  Our ideas come to life; they are made real.  This should be kept in mind.

The magic carpet ride gives us a galactic view today:

1 - BRINGING OR CHANGING SHAPE, FORM, and STRUCTURE - The Earth comes to the degree of the Galactic Center: "the sculptor's vision is taking form."  The ancient Gnostics tell us that the Galactic Center is our "spiritual home," or the place from which we were created from the spark of God.  They call it the pleroma.  When this energetic is activated, the projections of our hopes, wishes, and dreams take form or, through action, can be molded or changed for a better fit.  The goal is lasting value.  We always have the power to change things.

2 - VIEWS AND PERSPECTIVE - also change shape, form, or structure as we see new things.  The Sun is discharging the energetic of "a young gypsy emerging from the woods gazes at far cities."  This is another symbol involving "vision."  What we see may be disappointing, daunting, exciting, or alluring.  It depends on how we have felt "in the woods."  Have you been able to see the forest for the trees?  Have you felt alone in the wild?  Have you felt in the dark?  At the heart of it, this symbol is about calls to adventure, growth, and facing challenges that will "pay off" later.

3 - RISKY BUSINESS - Mercury is discharging the energetic of "workmen drilling for oil."  This energetic involves the tendency to think that things are always better somewhere else or with someone else.  There is no Sabian symbol of "the grass is greener on the other side," but if there was, this would be it.  No, the Sabians go much deeper than that, and getting to the depths of things or "drilling down" is a better description for the energy.  Risk is always implied, as the workmen are not certain if they will find oil.  It's a search for something new while operating in the dark.  But this energetic seeks to teach us that we already have much of value right at hand.

The Moon continues to transit through Scorpio, along with the Black Moon and Mars.  Those with the Sun, Chiron, or Black Moon in Scorpio or Taurus (Scorpio's opposite) may be experiencing increased anger, conflict, hurt feelings, feelings of loss, insecurities about the future, or a need to fill a void.  Remember that a nine month period of massive rebirth of who you are is happening.  We take it one step at a time.  Rest when needed and practice acceptance of what we cannot control.  Another force is directing your life.

Here are the themes of today's energetics:

1- WINTER FROST - As Venus did yesterday, today the Sun blows the Sabian symbol of "winter frost in the woods."  When this energetic is in effect, things slow down or stop altogether, almost if they have been frozen in time.  Things cannot be rushed.  Colder weather is brought to emotions, which will begin to run even higher after the Moon moves into Scorpio at 9:19 am/1:10 pm, and as the Moon builds toward conjunction with the Black Moon at 3:00 pm ET/7:00 pm UT.  Scorpio is a water (emotions) sign, and the winter cold is making a frost of it.

Mars is in Scorpio along with the Moon and Black Moon, continuing to discharge the energetic of "an x-ray photograph," enabling us to see things clearly.  Shadow sides will be out since it is a "Black Moon Day," but this energetic will make them easier to see.  When they are easier to see, they are easier to handle.  People tend to project their own feelings on to others on Black Moon Days.

A reminder that the primary fear involved with the Black Moon in Scorpio is the fear of loss.  Losses that have been experienced are naturally, keenly, and deeply felt on Black Moon Days.  This is so that they can transform or rebirth in a new way.

The Sabian symbol of "winter frost in the woods" was the Sabian symbol for last year's  Gemini New Moon cycle, June 16 - July 15, 2016.  Situations, circumstances, and conditions that were in effect at that time may return in some way today to be built upon or revisited.

2 - EVERGREEN - Outside is "winter frost in the woods," but inside we are "cozy and connected" with "holly and mistletoe bring Christmas spirit to a home," courtesy of Mercury.  The "holiday" ends, metaphorically speaking, at 2:30 pm ET/6:30 pm UT, when Mercury moves to the degree of "a radical magazine, asking for action, displays a sensational front page."  

Combined with this month's Sabian symbol energetic of "a woman in an emotional speech," the "radical magazine" energetic amplifies the drama and the surrealism.  Emotions run higher until 6:30 am ET/10:30 am UT tomorrow, when Mercury moves from this degree. 

From it all, we clearly see what is evergreen.

3 - CARRYING A FLAG - Today the Earth is located at "a flag bearer in battle."  We want to make sure which "banner" we are flying.  Are we being honorable?  Respectful?  Considerate?  Caring?  What do you represent?  Hold to your convictions, beliefs, and ideals, regardless of the conditions.  The great rise above.

To do that, reconnect with nature.  Return to basic joys.  Open to what your heart is telling you and where it is calling you.  Bear your best flag.
